I used one on my 5.9 magnum build. I used an aftermarket double roller chain with it. I pulled that engine apart to swap the cam and found that the tensioner was pretty chewed up. I think the tensioner was designed to be used with a factory "silent" type chain. I didn't and won't use one again.

I love my retrosound radio. I used it daily for a couple years when I daily drove my 70 dart with a slant. I havent had a single issue with it. I dont daily drive it anymore but my dad does a few weeks out of the year. He loves the Bluetooth feature on it. He drives my car more than I do!

I put a console in my '70 dart. I loved the way the console looked. Its a heavy useless thing... BUT it looks cool. Its hard to imagine that it weighs as much as it does. I wish it had a provision for an arm rest. Im 6'2" so the arm rest would have to be pretty tall to be useful.

I'm pretty sure the magnum oil sender is much bigger than 9/16. It's something like a 1" or 1 1/16" inch socket.

Pull the 2,4,6,8 wires to get them out of your way. There is a special oil sender socket. A couple small extensions and a ratchet will do it. You will just be blind the whole time. I had one rupture on me about 2 hours from home several years ago. I did it on the side of the highway!

The 3.6 is great in our Durango. It’s a 2017 Durango GT with the 8 speed trans. Drove it from Oklahoma City to Florida and back last summer. Had 6 grown adults in it plus some luggage. Wasn’t bad at all. I added a Mopar hitch to it but I’ve only been able to pull my seadoo so far.

A quarter panel isn't THAT expensive in the grand scheme of things. I wouldn't let them total it at all. Fight them and make them pay but, worst case scenario is that you cancel the claim and pay out of pocket and have it fixed.

Summit doesn't charge sales tax to me here in Oklahoma. Jegs does charge though. I did get a letter from summit that listed all of my purchases in 2018. It said that I'm supposed to file that with my state taxes and pay sales tax on it.

Does anyone have a summit 10% off coupon? My dad tried to use his military discount and can get about 5% off. Unrelated, but jegs charges sales tax now! The military discount was hardly anything and sales tax on a $2,100 purchase is pretty big.

We looked at the Renegade and Cherokee. Ending up sitting in a Durango and loved it. It's definately bigger. But we love it, it's my wife's but I drive it when I can. It's a Durango GT with the 6 cylinder and 8 speed.

318 magnums came with a slightly bigger cam to bump the power up to keep with the 5.9 engines. Also, OP you could have your stock cam reground for pretty reasonable money. I've never had one done but it seems to be pretty common.

Magnum engine cams don't pop up too often used. And they're still pretty expensive compared to the usual LA cam.

I did a cam swap and a new timing chain at the same time. So, who knows what did what. But it was a nice bump in power.

If you have a good 5.2 cam and plan on pulling the timing cover, then you might as well swap the cam in. I've ran used cam and used roller lifters. Mixed and match them without any issues.
