I always enjoy meeting/talking to vendors...Brewers, and all the other vendors. It's a weekend away from the daily hustle. I look forward to it every year.

It's actually the weekend of March 6, 2015. I'm booked and ready to go.

I haven't missed this event in the last 5-6 yrs. I was looking at the Indy Cylinder Heads site for a date, so I can schedule it. Even looked at the Indy Mopar Club's site, and I didn't find anything. It's usually the 1st or 2nd(?) weekend in March. Anyone have a definite date?

No probs., just give me a good heads-up. If I'm not mistaken, I believe we have a few open spots in the arena still. I only need a couple pics of the cars, and that can possibly happen also. The sooner you fellows let me know, the sooner we can get working on making sure it's going to flow...

You don't really need to load and unload, there is security there overnight. If you make prior arrangements, we will do everything we possibly can to accommodate you. We have golf carts, bus, volunteers etc... to assist. If you are loading/unloading vehicles, I'd say yes. Someone will be there...

We can accommodate trailer parking, just not right at the fairgrounds. Trailers can be parked across the road, in the spectator parking area, it's free. There's a bus shuttle to the parking area, it's not far, but still a good walk.

The pre-registrations must be received by July 1st.

We had some minor problems using the Logo, and the image that will be on the T-shirts and on the homepage etc... When I say problem, I mean it took longer then usual to get approval to use the image etc... All is good now, back to regular programming.:cheers:

It's a bit of a long haul...but I'll make it again this year, Saturday is the only shopping day at the swap meet. It'll be my 5th trip to it. I certainly can't find anything bad to say about it, it's been a great trip every year. Great people, tons-o-parts, perfect venue... See you there.

Absolutely! But you need to pre-register with that info on your pre-registration form, "FABO club", otherwise will be very difficult for you to park there. The volunteers direct you to park as you come in, with no "CLUB" parking tab on your mirror, you will be directed to general parking area...
