    1954 1/2 ton

Yeah...! Getting a straight up answer on these conversions is a long shot, they don't tell you the whole story. I'm doing this myself, on a '38 Dodge pickup. As sad as this may sound, the easiest/cheapest route, it to go with a Mustang II set up, parts are readily available and cheap.

    trouble using bondo

Maybe try and send a PM to 66 Dartman, he's in the TO area. I believe he is doing pettybluedart's '66. Keep it in the FABO family. I would also like to get a bit more info on the Bondo subject, as I'll be tackling some body work myself. All the best! Giles

Project: "A Body Jr" - 1975 Dodge Colt

I had a '74 Cricket, the Canadian Plymouth version. It was fun to drive, even with the 2,000cc Mitsu. engine.

    69 383 barracuda

What all do you have left of the buildsheet? To answer your question somewhat the "S" designation was applied to 340 and 383 cars in '69. The 'Cuda package was a 4 speed trans, dual exhaust with chrome tips, a rallye suspension, the twin scoops, a blacked out grill and stripes with callout on...

    skips 69 swinger resto

Not to Highjack the thread, but it would be easy enough to meet him @ Moparfest, I will be trying this year again to get a "Club Parking" area for FABO members, last year was the first year (a trial), it worked out reasonably well, all things considered. Skip had preferred parking for that...

    1969 Dart Swinger

Sequencial number in the VIN is 4187, that sounds like alot of left-over from the year before. None the less, looks like a sweet score, #'s 4 speed. And torque boxes. your trans is dated Nov.7, 1969.If that's any help to you. Right on!

    How to remove overspray

Lacquer thinner works good, but it all depends on where or what you want to remove it from.

    Worst body job ever

Not to pick sides here but I was quoted $10K to get mine done, that was rolling in a bare shell. The car has NO rust issues or panels to replace, some minor dings, it's basically a sand and re-paint, and yes I got quoted for a near perfect job. But see for yourself what he would have to...

    My 71 scamp!

Don't be rushing it now! It's coming along beautifully, the shows come and go every year. Do your car right (the way you're doing it) don't rush. I know it's tempting as you have most of what you need to get it rolling...but I believe you would be more satisfied in knowing that you gave it your...
