Never say Never with Ma Mopar. My original 1968 383 Formula S fastback Automatic car. 120 mph with original non matching tach. I never noticed it before, but had to look after looking at this thread.

The 150 mph speedo was included for the Formula S in 1966, but not in 1967 or 1968. My 67 273 and 68 383 came with a 120 mph speedo. As long as the speedo works I'd be happy.

Looks like they have the 68 Barracuda "branding irons" in place as well. From the Legendary Interiors site, it looks like a 68 Barracuda Notch Back, deluxe pearl white rear seat.

There is a place that will upgrade your am radio with all the good stuff. I have one of those also, but have not tried it. Nowhere near $800 and you know your radio will fit and sound great. Let me know and I'll see if I can find his card.

I'm going with a USB player in the 66. I have over 1,000 songs on a thumb drive to play randomly. I also run an original AM/FM radio with the front speaker. Best of all worlds. The USB costs a little over $100 sounds fantastic and is hidden.

Do you have an ohm meter. Maybe those extra terminals are for the different ohm settings. Any numbers?

Use the factory 8 ohm speaker. don't damage that radio.
