Yes, I can see threads. I don't think the threads are not stripped, as I moved them before there was an engine in the car. Should I try to move them by taking the upper control arms off or should I just use a torch to heat the bolts up and try to turn them?

turning the bolt in should raise the car, correct? when there was no weight on the front of the car, I was able to turn them and now I cannot. Just so you know, the car is on a post lift too, so all the weight is off the ground.

I have a 73 duster that was a roller, now I have put the engine, trans, and all the body parts on it and the front ends sits too low. I need to raise it up 2-3 inches. My question is how I can do this? I thought that I could adjust the lower control arm adjusting bolt as it sits, but I cannot...

Thanks guys. a lot of good information. I will probably drop the 70 stuff out and use all the suspension stuff from the 74. Sounds like a plan. Anybody need any 70 front suspension parts?

I have a 70 duster with a 318 in it. I just acquired a 360 for it. I also have a 74 dart, that I took the spool k frame out along with the steering box, pitman arm, draglink etc. I was considering dropping out the 70 k frame and all the suspension parts up front, and swapping in the 74 stuff...

Does anyone know if you can take a 73 e-body 8 3/4 and put it in a 71 duster? Will it fit or do I have to get an a-body one? Does anyone want to trade if it doesn't work?
