OK....
Find a '73 up A-Body with Disc Brakes and a 7-1/4 rear and snatch the axles they will be BBP - Direct replacements and you lose the rear spacer/adaptors. As for the front the Scarebird conversion is probably the cheapest SBP to BBP converson.

I have used the same dog dishes on both wheel sizes on my '65 Dart.

I run 215-70 R14's on all 4 corners. Fills the wells nice and JUST fits on the stock rims!
You need a set of "Redline" Dog Dish's for her too!
