    Swap or not

Dude, You're an idiot! That '69 is so totally BadAss, and so ridiculously nice under the hood. And the '74? It's the '69 that never was. They both rock and I'm totally jealous. (have fun making up your mind, I'm obviously no help)

    Upper ball joint socket

Hey, what's wrong with the pipe wrench? I seem to remember doing that once or twice... Hey, it was a long time ago, really! (and welding them after install because the thread was almost nonexistent) And how many of us are going to do it THAT often?

    Leaf springs

IIRC, the part with the even number is right side, odd left. As I said, If I remember correctly... Visually though, they pretty easy to figure out, if they're not identical. If they are performance springs like SS the short bottom segment faces forward on the right/passenger side. The short...

Clamping the front of the springs?

What are your intentions with the car?Drag race only, street strip, or just playing on the street? How much power does it make, and how much tire do you have? Those SS springs work well overall. I have a friend running 11.5-11.6 times (on street tires) and he didn't do anything but bolt them...

Power steering ISSUES...here we go again...

But I just went through this with my DD '94 Town&Country. I returned the pump under warranty and got another. Maybe not what you wanted to hear, but if it's a fresh reman, it ought to be right... why should you have to fix it?

    L & R Leaf Springs ?

same part #, as long as visually identical...No worries on either side. The SS springs are quite different from side to side.

    L & R Leaf Springs ?

not sure about stock, but the Super Stock are definitely side specific... Even part #s are right side, odd#s left... I think that goes always (like your torsion bars)...

afco mls vs mancini xhd vs mp ss

You do know that you can get rid of the lean by increasing the preload on the left front torsion bar... or decreasing it on the right... And probably make the car hook better in the process. Just went through this with a friends car, but weren't after looks. He was after better hook at the...
