Sub-frame connectors... Please build them correctly!

I used some 2x3 stock for my connectors NOT welded to the floor pan. I can jack the car up evenly by placing the jack one side so I say they seem to be working fine. Just saying!

I just got my bar installed last week. Im with you guys on the mounting tabs. My car has not made it on the road yet. Im sure Im going to need to address these mount soon. Did i installed my sway bar wrong?

Number 13 is correct for an aftermarket bar using mounting tab on the shock bolts. If your car is equipped with oem tab then it mounts above those tabs.

    torsion bar ride height

I can tell you from personal experince with my car. My car is a original /6 converter to a 340. It was too springy with the /6 bars. Also I like a lower ride hieght. My car was not equipped with a sway bar either. I could not achieve the ride height I was looking for because if I went to low my...

    Subframe connectors?

I finally got around to getting mine installed. I based my design off a design I seen in another thread. I used 1-/1/2" x 3" .120 wall. I got (2) 72" legnths off ebay for $50. 20s for the Demon - how low can I go? (big wheel haters don't look)

I battled the thought of going with 20" out back also. Ultimately I choose 18" all around but still question if in should shove some twentys out back. I personally with the 18" in the front find it hard to see anything bigger fitting all that well. If you choose to stagger the rims. Like let's...
