I don't think I ever dropped the fuel tank. Could be a clogged filter on the sending unit or a pin hole in the rubber line from the sendingbubit to the steel line.

red scotch brite. If he paint is in ok shape in the jambs and under the hood and trunk you can scuff it and shoot it. No need to strip it. For the out side I would strip it. epoxy prime, Do any body work that needs to be done. Then high build primer, block and shoot.

Bellmore is a great cruise night. I drove my Barracuda from Ridge (LIE Exit 68) to Bellmore one night. 255-60-15s and 4.30 gears. 2 chambered Flowmasters. That was a long drive.

I have the original 318 and a couple 360s floating around. It will probably get the 318 for now but I have the correct 340 intake, carb and air cleaner to put on it. Still need to pick up the exhaust manifolds.

So the Duster is back in my garage. I had some time to work on it to work on it today. Pull the front suspension and started cleaning up the wheel wells.

Waiting for the flat bed to come pick the car up from my shop and move it back to my house. Front suspension time.

Looks like a good start. Definitely do it in small steps and keep it driving as long as possible.

I think if you do the hood black out it will look better. Ill admit though that I like my cars stock appearing. That grill is a real pain in the *** to tape up by the way.

I kinda liked the white but would have done the scoops body color. I also think the grill needs some silver in it. It looses it details in all flat black.

The front suspension is next. Its all coming out. Every bushing in the car is dried out. I also have all new pre bent brake lines and will probably do the fuel lines. I also wont to change it to manual steering.
