I don't THINK that Ma Mopar ever put a 15" wheel on a SBP car. I had Stockton Wheel build mine. To get the required backspacing I needed, they had to reverse the rim. Call 'em up; they'll build anything you want/need. They advertise in the Mopar magazines all the time.
