I would call them. I cant imagine they dont make one for your car. These weld in along the floor pan. Mine took about 8 hours to do but they fit nice and the difference is noticeable. Check this out. http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=71277

Fuel and brake line through frame?

I would think you would need to secure it to the body somehow. My power and fuel feeds are attached to the inner side of the rail. Power on driver side and fuel on passenger. Power is -1ga and fuel is 1/2" aluminum.

where can I get torque boxes?

US Car Tool has some nice ones, but they are pricey. They have some good shots of the boxes installed on cars. I have a set of their sub-frame connectors, nice quality. https://store.uscartool.com/Torque-Boxes-Set-of-four-4-for-1967--1975-Mopar-A-Bodies_p_34.html

    Photos Sub Frame Connectors

I used the US Car & Tool product. They are custom cut to contour the floor for specific years. My car is a 68 convertible and I had to trim the rear section of the connector to clear the factory boxes found on convertibles and most 340/383 cars. Cars without the factory boxed rails should be ok.

largest tires on stock 68 dart

Mine isnt quite "stock", but on my 68 hardtop car I have Ralley wheels 15x7 and 275-60-15 with the inner wheel well trimmed. On the 68 converitble, I have 15x7 Ralleys and 255-60-15 with no mod to the inner side. Both are pretty close and are a bit of a trick to fit in when taking off or putting on.
