Where the upper mount screws go in thru the dash bezel there is a metal strip that I had to remove from the original bezel and attach to the reproduction bezel. Otherwise there’s nothing for the screws to capture to attach the bezel to the dash frame.

Don’t know if this helps you. I’ve got an old bezel and frame. Best I could measure. Not sure how deep the gauges your looking at are but that may be a consideration. Diameter might be ok with bezels on new gauges don’t know. Some of the reproduction bezel and original gauges for my Demon added...

“If” you can get your hand in the door you might be able to pinch the metal retainer enough to get it to release from the door and pop out with emblem. Can’t tell if you still have glass in door.

Factory service manual and go at it. There is nothing in the column that’s complicated. As far as play in the column shifter. That is most likely the two plastic bushings for the shift linkage running from the frame to the trans. Be fore warned “if” the turn and ignition switches work properly...

The first day I had my Demon on the road I had my dad with me at 78 yrs old. Told him he could open the vent. He did at 60 mph. All the crud blew out. He looked at me and said that he’d forgotten about that!! Had to chuckle.

I used a repop on my Demon rally also. No fitment issues. Did have to drill hole for trip odometer reset. I have a reinforcement piece that was an extra for the rally. Don’t know if it’s same for standard, depending on what you have. Personally hang on to original if it’s in that good of shape...

When I cleaned up the gauges for my Demon, I used just water and paper towel to clean the gauge faces. That don’t help you much mine is a rally dash. Depending on your goal, paint markers work well on the raised letters. But I did use this paint for the pointers on the gauges.

Sorry I’m late here. What type of door panel clips do you have? The “u” shape slides over the backing board. Can you provide a picture of the clips installed on the panel? If you got it sorted already sorry I couldn’t help.

Mine only had one layer of backing board and then a batting material under the vinyl. The clips I slid over the board between that batting.

All the door panels are from Legendary interior. They had the places for the clips stamped just had to pick out the pieces so the clips could go in. The blue is Dodge Viper blue. The carpet after letting sit a couple days to relax I trimmed back to pinch weld lip where inner and outer rockers...

Best I’ve got. I did install a plastic moisture barrier behind the panels before install. The area under white line is exposed with panel installed.

Thank you. Mines a reproduction I bought from Herbs Parts about three years ago. The original didn't have much to work with. I did clean and polish the lenses as well as added the tach. I lightly cleaned the gauge faces. I believe Laysons has the knob. May post a wanted add here on the forum.

Second picture next to the light switch, is a trip odemeter reset. Thats just the stem, there is a little knob that goes on it to turn to set the reading back to zero.
