I was adjusting my carb today, and i notice that a spring was just there connected to one end and the other end was just laying on my intake, i think it possibly runs into my throttle linkage? heres a couple photos to help. In the photos its the little spring

i got all of that too except buildsheet but i cant get my back seat to pop up
