Does any one else have a 1970 Dart Swinger 340 "H" code car that came with power drum brakes instead of the usual disk brakes. I'm trying to find out if this was a rare fluke or if the drum brakes were standard and teh disk brakes optional?

I am restoring a 1970 Dart Swinger 340 (all matching numbers) and I have the build sheet and fender tag. The build sheet shows brakes with code 41 (disk front brakes) and also code 51 (power disk brakes). The mystery is, my front brakes are 10 inch drum brakes and not disk brakes. It appears...
