    The iron blocks are pushing 5k these days. If you build it with good parts like I did, you’ll have 25-30K in it pretty easy.     It’s definitely not for the feint of heart! I’ve had several milkshakes in the oil pan, water leaks, lifted the heads, had it in and out 4 times, and starved it for oil on the first pass of drag week. I did get a 5.75 slip in a 4000lb car though! Hopefully next year is a better year!

    You’ll get it figured out. How is power routed to your Holley ECU? On mine, it’s the only thing that’s not run through the battery disconnect switch.

    Once you get that sorted, it’ll be an animal! Those S475s are beasts, especially on a G3. I’ve got some sort of parasitic draw on the battery. It’s dead inside of a week.

    I’m just testing as well and I won’t have anything for the turbo ls crowd either. As to your issue, even good coils and wires will cause issues. It’s the proximity between them and the sensors/leads.

    Does it have a VVT delete? I see moving the coils as an easy way to rule that in or rule that out. Then you could move on to chasing other things. Good luck.

    Eliminating eight won’t do when there’s still eight more there. Move the ******* coils.
