Knew I forgot something...:)
From Campbell enterprises....
Kb 107 in 70 over can be used in a 30 over 340 with 360 crank.
Details....:D
Looks like they're on sale.
Its possible...if you already have a lot of the parts.
I have near that in machine work costs alone... plus the days I spent with a die grinder porting heads...plus all the parts...
Without head work I believe you'll need a power adder (NO2, turbo, supercharger) to get to your hp number.
Prob ran it for 6+ hours total time on the stand. Cam break in, without and with inner springs installed. that was a couple hours of the run time.
The rest was just for fun and most of the neighborhood enjoyed it :mob::poke::steering::lol:
Yup...that works.
Works quite well actually.
Flex plate the engine was balanced with sandwiched between the crank and neutral balance flywheel. Man trans bell spaced the thickness of the flex plate.
Some mopar 4 gear stuff is made of gold...didnt ya know that??? lol
Might be easier...and cheaper...to go with an auto.
Be safe in the friday traffic :steering:
May not be able to adapt the 3 on the tree to a floor shift. Not all 3 speeds have the mounting bosses for a shifter. Yes, you could change the tail housing to one that does.
Reproduction humps are available as are V8 Z bars if you cant find either used.
Any thoughts on using a OD 4 speed set-up?:)
the OP isnt asking about a carb spacer, he asked about the carb to manifold gasket.
Use a gasket that matches the intake, ie: 4 holes in the intake=4 holes in the gasket, 1 hole in the intake=1 hole in the gasket, etc.
