Cool this is good news guys. I'm not used to rust being out here in SoCal so this is all new to me.

What do you think? Just use a circular sander to get all the rust off, smooth it out, then place some POR on it?

Well on mine the crank simply would turn but fail to move the sun roof in addition with leaking very badly. So pretty much I'd have to go custom I figure because none of the aftermarket locations I know of supply anything for these sunroofs.

My 74 Dart has a sun roof that I covered up with a vinyl top. Does your contact above have some type of rebuild kit for that roof?
