I should of stated 67 dart 383. I’ll have to check more closely tomorrow but I branches off the lead running from the firewall bulkhead connections.

I should of taken better pics of where some things went so now I’m at a loss. Can you tell me where does this connection go? It runs off of the lead from the firewall harness located down by the alternator. Also I can’t remember what the brackets are for? Any help appreciated. Carl

I was also possibly thinking instead of taking the dampener bolt out to remove one of the washers I could use a header type bolt. I was looking at the ones I have but the size of the threaded portion is one size too big. If I could find a header type bolt the size of the holes it would work.

66-68 a body consoles where chrome edged with like an argent silver center. The dash on a 67 Dart I don’t believe was available with wood grain until 68 or even 69. The console had wood grain on it in 69.

Starting in 1967 and running until 1969 as far as I know all 383 a bodies came with factory OEM chrome valve covers.

I own a 67 gts 4 speed. 457 made. 229 4 Speeds 228 autos. Mines a 4 speed. Even approx 8-10 convertibles were made. Call out on front fender said gts 383 four barrell. Back trunk finish panel said Dart gt just like gt model.

Alaskan TA But don’t you have to get the crankcase bolt out to remove the pulley? If that’s the case I might as well just try to bump the engine with the starter. Carl
