See here then...Heater box cable questions

I don't see anything wrong with them.. You need new cables that have the loop made on them. See my build thread. Just did my heater box and controls. Someone cut your control cables.

The red coded on is the longest. The two yellow coded ones , I think are the same length ( or very close to it ). Here are the before removal pics as I was removing the dash Assy.

I also have pics of the cable routing before the box actually came out of the car, if you need that. Most pics are in my Build thread. Not sure if those particular ones are there or not.

I'm running a factory 033 radiator in my GTS which is the same as a hemi LO car. It is 22in, but I had it recored by Glen Ray with a 3 core. Haven't driven ca yet, but just broke in cam and engine with no overheat issues.

Yes. Definitely top notch guys. They are usually at all the Mopar Shows. They did a fantastic job on an 033 radiator for my GTS and a 954 for my Cuda

I had Glen-Ray restore and re-core 2 radiators for $1150. One is 68 GTS 383 numbers. the other is 70 Cuda 383 numbers. They are beautiful.

I would at least use a Stant Super Stat in 195. They are superior to others.

Like Barbee says, I always smear a thin coat of RTV that can't really be seen. If some does squeeze out, I peel off the excess after it dries.

Definitely different heater core between a body and c body. Go buy a new one. There cheap.
