255/60-15 on a 15x8" wheel is as big as most people fit, with the stock spring location, and unaltered wheel wells.

You may need to do the inboard leaf spring relocation mod, to run 10" wide wheels, and keep them inside the wells. I knew a guy that ran 12.5" wide tires with that mod, on his Duster.

Too bad they don't make the B&M mini blower setup for Mopar Smallblocks anymore.

They don't list the 5 on 4" bolt pattern, on that site. The smaller 5 on 100mm is as close as they get.

Those center caps are for a 1972 and later SBP rallye wheel, the 1970, and ' 71's look different.

You should have L/H threaded lugs, on you L/H side, and standard, R/H threaded lugs, on the right, 7/16" diameter.

I had a buddy that ran M50's on the rear of his Duster, back in the late '80's, and I was wanting to run them on my 1977 Malibu at the same time, but couldn't find them anywhere locally. I think the closest thing is any of the 325/50-15 sized tires, from at least 4 brands, at Summit Racing...

I wasn't aware that M/T made any "huge" drag tires to fit a 14" wheel, they must have been fairly old. Dusters do have spacious rear wheel wells, I remember seeing a guy in the '80's, that squeezed M50-15 M/T's on his with the springs relocated inboard.

Centercaps are expensive for Centerlines, look at Summit. I'd try the wheels on the car first, and see what kind of clearance you have. Those offsets sound a little on the positive side for the wheel widths, to fit a good sized tire inside the wheel well that is.
