I have the same one as you have in my 1968 but I am positive mine is out of a 1969 because I put it in the car.

I tried to send this in a pm but there is no way to attach the photo so here it is. The "P 66-73" listings show to be used on full size cars but I can't find the specific models. If this is accurate I can't tell you but it did come from a NOS parts dealer that actually has a business.

Dart, Barracuda and Valiant all share the same dash pad in 1968. I am 99% sure that even hold the same for non a/c and ac cars. The vent on a/c cars have an additional separate pad on the sides and the bottom.
