I'm removing my power steering and putting an alloy manual box in. Wondering if the coupler on the power steering shaft is strong enough to use with manual steering? Anyone had any issues? Is there a difference between power and manual steering couplers?

Wouldn't be limiting travel, because the springs would be physically higher to start with.

Hoping for a similar rake to your's, I had 3" lift on my 69 dart in the past, want similar on my duster but don't want to rub the tires, surely if the springs have a 3" lift then extending the bump stops a similar or slightly less amount should be fine?

Anyone with tires wider than the rear wheel opening lip, use a spacer to for their bump stops to limit tire to fender rub? My 295's will just hit the fender lip on the rear of my duster, I don't want to tuck the wheels in, but thought extending the bump stop might help with tire rub. Anyone done...

US Car Tool say if it doesn't fit I can send back, but either way I agree it shouldn't be too hard to modify to fit.

Thanks for that, I haven't heard back from US Car Tool, maybe they just haven't tried their connectors on a 76, but they only list up to 75.

Hi all, wondering does anyone know if the catalytic converter hump on the 76 dusters means that the subframe connectors US Car Tool make don't fit? I would have thought the hump would be inboard of where the rails go?
