    Painting my steering wheel

ramenth has it just right. Use the Sem adhesion promoter, then use the same paint procedure you would with any of your sheermetal.

Cost to upholster front and rear seats

Did you say "local" or "loco" upholstery shop? As Scott said, tell him to go piss up a rope. Oh, and then casually mention he might want to suck on the salty end of said rope. :)

    67 Barracuda headliner bows

Off the top of my head, I don't recall the positioning of the bows, but someone else will have the info for you. Those little clips are part of the headliner setup, and go from the rear-most bow to little slots at the top of the rear window. They basically keep the bows from tilting forward and...

    Headliner.

The headliner you can get from places like Legendary. The bows and clips you'll probably need to post in the Parts Wanted forum, and also keep an eye on the Parts for Sale forum. Don't forget to get the little retainer that goes on the rear bow to keep everything tight front to rear. Good luck...

Well, I made my rear panels today.

65-dude, you are an unforgivable tease. Yuo tell us you made your rear panels, but I can't see one single photo. Waaaaas' up?? :)

    guage pods

I don't know if anyone actually makes then specifically for a 70 A body, but I saw some photos where a guy had adapted a set from, I believe, a Chevy Blaser? I'm not sure how much fabrication was required, but it looked pretty good int the A body. Also, I believe either Summit or Mancini had...

    Seat recovering 101

He had to take a break after disassembly to watch Tim the Toolman for some pointers on how to soup up those seats before re-assembly. :)

    harness question

Do you have a cage or roll bar in your car? Otherwise, the 4-point harness is useless to you. Also, in some states and provinces, they aren't legal for a street driven vehicle.

show me a pic of your aftermarket instrument panel

    A100 Van Seats

I read something on this quite a while ago, and if I remember correctly, you'll have to make up mounts to put them in an A Body. If you could get a look at an interior side shot of one of the original Hemi Darts, it might be enough to see how they were mounted from the factory. Maybe do a search...

    Windshield and headliner question

Jack, you don't necessarily NEED them out, but it is 100% easier to do the headliner before those windows are installed. Getting impatient, are we?? :)

Yes, the headliner is held up with metal bows. I can count them if you want, but I believe my 66 has 5 bows.

5 point harness in a car w/o roll cage...How to do it?

A few years ago I was driving my 66 Valiant, with the original lap belt buckled up, and a female RCMP officer was approaching me in the opposite direction in a marked patrol car. We were going through a small town with a posted speed limit of 35 MPH and as she got close she made a sign about my...

5 point harness in a car w/o roll cage...How to do it?

BJ, I meant the harness, not the cage. Sorry for the lack of explanation. :)

5 point harness in a car w/o roll cage...How to do it?

Check with your local DMV - in a lot of places in both Canada and the US they aren't legal on the street.

    little bit at a time

That's looking fine Sweaty. Sometimes we do a lot of work that takes an inordinant ammount of time, and it seems we have nothing to show for it. Wiring and interior work is like that. If I remember correctly, that's Viper Red you squirted on there isn't it? Sure looks good.
