How can you tell it's a real Charger? It seems way over priced if it's just a 4 bbl V-8 car.

All the parts on the rear are 66 including the tailights, bumper, trunk lid trim, and even the GT emblems on the rear quarter. Could be a 66 with a 65 front clip, or vice versa. It's probably been hit on one end or the other. Caveat Emptor.

I think you're too high. I paid $5500 for my V8 GT convertible and I think I overpaid a bit. That said, you will probably have better luck selling it by driving it around with a for sale sign. Or park it on a busy street with a sign on it. I don't think there are that many people...

Here's a counter point to consider. Currently, you can't sell a fully restored A-body for anything near what the resoration costs. I'm pretty sure I'll have 20K in my 65 before I'm finished, not counting my time. It'll be a beautiful car, but I seriously doubt I could get that for it. To me...
