    Man, nothing in that engine sounds outta whack. I'm sure you have it timed properly. I've never used aluminum radiator or electric fans on the old car's. Always factory radiators and clutch Fan's.

    To know why I wouldn't use Classic Auto Air, again. sure. I think there customer service and Tech service sucks. They don't even answer there phone for Tech Leave a message and we never call you back.

    I called and talked to them a few months ago. I plan on using them. This is for my '70 Challenger. My last one I used Classic Auto Air. I don't want to use them again.

    Pretty sure somebody tried that shroud. I think it was Roy. It doesn't work with our SB. Think it is the way our engine's our offset. I might have to fab one. I like to have a shroud.

    Looks good. Same one I put on my 'Cuda. I just wish they made a shroud that would work on our car.

    I just purchased that radiator for my '67 Barracuda. I used the short shaft clutch fan. The radiator was very well made in terms of welds and fitment. Hope this helps.

    It's not the size of engine compartment. Yes, the heat does play a factor. Are you running a shroud? It does help. Your re-built motor. What is the over bore?

    Like 68formula said go on line and look. They will give you dimensions. I have an aftermarket set up on mine with a/c and didn't have much clearance either. Remember It doesn't have to be specific for your car for it to work.

    I never when I was a teenager in these old cars. Now a days I don't think I could drive around everyday without a/c. Good Luck!

    The clutch will work better than the flex and it depends on how hd electric fan you go. Yes the electric does use some amp, they can use between 14 and 40 amp.

    Yeah, that is correct and also keep in mind if you put aftermarket pulley's,a/c unit etc...you open a whole nutter can of worms like I did and you'll be pullin out your frikin hair!

    The car was engineered to run with a thermostat. I wouldn't run w/o.
