    So are you saying that the larger rubber collar needs to be put in the rear of the master cylinder then insert the rod, also should the rod be attached to the master cylinder before attaching the master cylinder to the firewall

    Kinda figured that you would, was hoping that you could hit the head of the bolt and then just press new one in place. Almost easier to cut bolt off, drill out hole and press fit new one in place.

    Can someone tell me where to order a new cap and seal for the one I have, like I've said I have tried ebay and a few other but they all seem to be too small and if I have to order a whole new mc I will but id hate to do that. Raybestons MC36406 15/16" Bore will work I think.

    Yea I understand but the hard part is finding the right size one's they have the same shape but always turn out to be to small and don't work, if you can tell me the part to order i'd be happy to give that a try, but like ive said I have ordered 2 - 4 different ones but all seem to be to small.
