Flat-file the gasket surface, replace the rubber gasket with a softer more pliable one and increase the spring tension by tweaking the bale.

Yea I understand but the hard part is finding the right size one's they have the same shape but always turn out to be to small and don't work, if you can tell me the part to order i'd be happy to give that a try, but like ive said I have ordered 2 - 4 different ones but all seem to be to small.

Can someone tell me where to order a new cap and seal for the one I have, like I've said I have tried ebay and a few other but they all seem to be too small and if I have to order a whole new mc I will but id hate to do that. Raybestons MC36406 15/16" Bore will work I think.

Do you have a local brake parts rebuilder? They might have a variety of parts to chose from. I still rebuild my own electrical and brake parts and rely on local rebuilders to supply small parts. Plan "B" would be the internet. Small parts are getting harder to find.
