Front suspension torsion rod rear rubber bushings torn.

if you're talking about the bushings shown in the first picture of the link given they are strut rod bushings. IF those are what you mean. I would, since the lower control arms need to be removed anyway, replace the lower control arm bushing at the same time as they are always bad.

What steering box is everyone using??

Mopar fast ratio 16:1 manual box. Tough to steer from a dig but once going it is fine. It took some getting used to, but is tight and responsive. My other has std ratio 24:1 manual box, I hate this box it steers like a boat. I will go with firm feel when I do. I am just undecided if to go 16:1...

my 2 67 383 big blocks and my 67 273 FS small block both have 892-3 bars and were considered the HD bars. These numbers are right off of the build sheets and parts manual. steering coupling??????

the spring will hang up on you sometimes. If you get the shoes started in the coupler then push in on the high side of the spring and it should all drop in for you. Best to have two people one to apply light pressure on the column while other works the guts into the coupler.

    275-60-15 tires on 67 Barracuda

I just called my buddy he put them on. 275-60-15 on 7" SBP 4.5 BS 15" wheel. With 20psi He said they fit. 1-1/8 clearance in the front, 1.25 to the rear, but only 1/8 to the spring. He said 4.25 BS would have been the perfect wheel for spring to lip to fit using this tire.

Should I install a Fast Ratio Steering Box?

love mine. Like memike said, I first got the car it was tough to steer from a stop and I considered changing it to power steering. The more I drove it though the more I got used to it. The smaller tire should actually make it easier to turn than std ones. I would do it if I were you in a heartbeat.

    Identify This Part Please!

Not sure anyone clearly answered the guy. It is a power steering pump and you use power steering fluid in it. Many use transmission fluid in them also dex/merc since both are a hydraulic fluid. But recommend sticking with P/S fluid. If it is not leaking do not add one with a stop leak additive...
