hey guys im looking for the clutch adjuster isolator for my valiant, just need the rubber isolator only, but i have seen a couple people on here that werent happy with the brewers adjuster set up and said the isolator is really soft and get chewed up fast? anyone know where to find them? anyone...

yup i had about 1500 miles on mine when it started slipping took it out and put a centerforce dual friction, i will never buy anything but centerforce anymore! HAYS IS JUNK!!!

ok a friend of mine says he has an aluminum scattershield, dont know what brand and i havent seen it yet but i've never seen or heard of an aluminum scattershield i wouldnt think they would hold up like the steel one's? is this peice rare, or is he for real? will post pics as soon as i aquire.

i would be afraid of that od 4 speed not holding up to that power, especially if you ever plan opn running some sticky tires on the back.

ive got about the same but running 3.91's at 70 im turning 3400 rpm and in town its about 2000 rpm in second bout 30 mph, thats with a 26" tall tire that will make a difference too. have you tried using the tire/gear/rpm calculator? its great! http://www.bigblockdart.com/techpages/speedtire.shtml

hello i just put my new clutch in and was looking at it and noticed that the throuout bearing didnt seat it right, took a closer look and its like the clutch fork is a 1/2inch too long, with alittle pressure on the fork it pushes the bearing to the passenger side. i doesnt seem right; now i just...

ok so i had my 833 out anyway and wanted to seal it up, i took the side cover off and the shift forks came out somewhere along the line but i dont know which one goes where? and awnsers? thanks to everyone.

well now i will be replacing this hays junk with something else, its slipping so bad i almost didnt make it home. and only 2000 miles on it - ill never buy another hays product!

so i was driving my car today and was running through the gears 1st to 2nd and went to shift for 3rd and it was stuck! so i drove home in second and started messing around with it but i cant seem to get it out of 2nd gear tried moving it around, tried shifting it from underneth, took the rod off...

ive got a hays clutch in mine and it worked great until i got my quick time pro's now it wants to slip every chance it gets! whats up with that? it will hook if i am really hard on it and just drop it like its hot! anyone else have this problem?

i searched for months for mine needing a 10.5" had no luck, forked out a little over $300.00 for one through mopar performance. i will have three drillings in the back of it, ive heard of people drilling non 360 flywheels but i wasnt willing to take chances i kinda live life by merphys law.
