I guess that could be the date, as trying to lay a tape next to the ring I got about 10" which is closer to a 60. There's also D35 stamped on the face of the spool towards the open side of the case. If I pull the spool to get a better measurement can I just bolt it back in or will it need setup...

I am trying to get correct measurements, what do you mean axle standout is there another measurement I need other than end of splint to flange to get the standout? thanks they are Dutchman axles
