Please keep up posted. I am building a 66 Dart with a 383. I think there are a few other guys building big block cars also.
By the way, nice wagon.
Mike
First off, I like your car!!
Second, I am building a 66 Dart Gt with a 383 4 speed. I think that the 4 speed setup will fit the car the easiest. I am using Hi Po manifolds.
Sprinter.............Build it!!!
Good luck,
Mike
I have a rebuilt 904 torque convertor that I put only about 300 miles on. It currently is setup for a 360. Which means that the weight needs to be removed from the convertor and the slip ring on the torque convertor snout needs to be removed as well.
$75 + freight from Phoenix
Good...
Hello, anyone here have an early a that they drive often that has the TTI headers for the early a?
How are the clearances for the tubes after the installation? Do they hit anywhere? I know that they can be a PITA to install but I want to know how they fit after the installation.
Thanks,
Mike
Did all 66 Gt hardtops have the trim go over the roof?
My fender, door, and door window trim have been removed when the car was painted before I got it and I am looking to collect the parts that are missing.
Thanks,
Mike
It will probably work. Can you mock it up with a bare block? I am building a 64 Dart and will be using a 699 pan from a C body. The last deep pan that I installed in a 383 66 Valiant needed to be clearanced near the idler arm I think it was. The 699 pan has the relief in it.

I would advise for you to get the Steve Magnante book and videos on building the AWB 63 Dart. Besides being very entertaining there is a lot of good BB early Dart info.

Lol, that's funny I don't care who you are!!
Anyway I just fell into the deal on Craigslist just as some money came my way. I guess it is finally my turn.
Thanks for all of the positive comments.
