I just fired my freshly rebuilt 273 HIPO, and I hear a leak at the passenger front cylinder. I can see black carbon marking the plug wire too. What is the best course of action to correct this? Otherwise, the start up is awesome! Thanks, David

That is a good question. I am pretty sure that the resonator tip is the same, not sure about the piping.

Keep looking Bro! Retrace your steps, look unde stuff that has moved, check your garbage can (unless it has gone out since you saw it) I hope you find it! If I was close, I'd help you look. This stuff happens to me all the time!

The muffler was a straight through design. You could even look through it and there were only holes in the pipe that passed through making the muffler really only a big resonator. The resonator tip is basically an echo chamber that somewhat mellows the sound at idle, but again it is a straight...
