You can drill a hole in one of the cam thrust plate bolts, if you don't have one with a hole thru it. I just use a 1/8th drill on one. works good. ole man Dave

Mike I have that same thread chaser set. I bought it from my friend who was a Cornwell tool rep, yrs ago. These sets are the best for cleaning/repairing threads. i use min alot. They also come in handy to find out what thread, is in an unknown blind hole. Dave

Get rid of that "kink" in your upper radiator hose, to improove the flow. Dave

plumkrazee70 You can drill a hole in one those bolts real EZ, if you have drill press. I have drilled a few, not hard at all, use a 1/8th drill bit, and center punch the bolt good. Deburr both ends of bolt when done. You can probably pick up a drip tab in the "parts wanted forum". Dave

Summit Racing has SS Braided hose assemblies in 3 different lenghts that fit varios oil gages. I think the lenghts are 3,4, and 6 ft. The 6 footer is around $40.00, I just installed one in my 66 B-Cuda. I make my own AN lines, but I don't have the tools for that small size, which is AN 3,or 4...

Well I put them together. I used the Felpro. So we will see. Hopefully they will outlast me. I'm old, lol. Now I have to get to work on the block. Thanks for all the info. And advice. I appreciate it all.

Thanks for all the replies. I geuss I'm making a mtn out of a mole hill. Heres what I have to work with. None of these are for machined guides Only the Felpro seals, and the intake seals on the far right are the kind that goes over the guide. The red ones are for intake, & exhaust they also...

Do they get pushed down on the head guides,???, or just on the valve stem. the intake seals seem kind of small to be pushed on the guides. This is whats got me confused. Thanks Dave
