    Left Parking Light Stays on

You have a ground issue. I would start with the parking lights. I found on my 69 that I had to run a new , and separate ground wire to the body to ground the lights. I soldered a wire to each of the bulb sockets on the outside, and grounded them to the frame. They are not visible. It fixed my...

    1984 Ram Crank No Start

If you install a new ECU, scrape the paint off the backside of one mounting bolts, and the firewall, and put a Star washer between the unit, and the firewall. This will ground it good. Or you can run a separate ground wire also. Dave

Those fin indicators can be real finniky to keep properly working when the go out, also. They are intricatley wired to the TS lamps in the bumper. Incidentley those little bulbs in...

I took a Denso Mopar mini starter to Orielys this week to get checked, the guy played around with it in his machine, it wouldnt do any thing. I watched him. He said it was no good. How to do you read the alternator gauge?

The Way your gage reads, it is over charging. How long was it running when you took the pic. Should go to center after 5 or so min's, on good battery. Or you might have high resistance some where in the circuit. It could be lots of common things, in the wiring, specially in the bulk head...

    Voltage Regulator?

Yes it grounds thru the mounting bolts. Scrape off the holes on the bottom of V R, and holes where you mount it. I always put a star washer on the bolts between the V R, and mounting holes. You want clean metal,on all mounting surfaces, no paint crud etc. Make sure bolts are a good tight fit. Dave

Is it ok to use aluminum for a busbar, or power distribution block?

Check out Summit, Jegs, and Amazon. You will be supprised, at what comes up for fuse/bussbars. Jegs has 10% off all Jegs brand stuff right now. I use Jegs for my aux power center, and all in my latest project. Dave

You can make your own, just use the"right crimper, for plug wires", its not hard at all. You can customize the lenght of them all, that way. Get a universal set with just the spark plug boots on one end. You can get a crimper from Summit, Jegs, or Speedway, or Mancinni. Dave

    aftermarket fuel gauge

I have a 67&69 B-Cudas also. I cannot remember if the Ivr is built into the fuel gauge or not, as I havn't had the cluster housing out of either in a while. If the IVR is "not part" of the fuel gauge, you should be able to get it to work. Also, the gauges do not come with wiring, You will have...

    aftermarket fuel gauge

If your sending unit is OEM, you can use an aftermarket gauge made for mopars. I used an "Equus" 2inch fuel gauge for a mopar, in my 66 B-Cuda, using the factory sending wire ( color coded blue), in the drivers side kick panel. I cut the wire, and connected onto the end of it going back to the...

    72 overcharging

If that Truck has the bulk head connector, and amp gage I would start their. You could have corroded connectors in the bulk head, and also the wires on the back of the amp meter could be loose. Try jigling the connector wires, and see what happens. good Luck, Dave

    Aftermarket fuel gauge

I also use the Equus 7361 fuel gage in my 66 B-Cuda, and it works perfect with the stock mopar sender. I made a whole set of dash gages around the 7000 series gages. They fit perfect in my dash. The whole dash is LEDs, as is the rest of the B-Cuda Dave
