I like the replacement dash panels they have. I wish they made them to 70 and 71 Darts. This is a lot cheaper alternative to a Rocky Mountain Dash. If it would fit in mine this is what I would do. Looks like you would have enough room for a Speedo, Tach, Fuel, Volt and oil gauges.

Baking soda will work great! Also Walmart sells a degreeser called Purple Power and that stuff is great. Dip the wheel in there for a few seconds and wash it off and it will remove it right away. You might have to dip and rinse a couple times and it will remove the smell. I would dye lout it...
