I never met him in person.

I spoke with Mark recently and he assured me that Season 3 is going to be focused more about the cars. However, they still plan to have some fun with the show.

Typically when you file a claim, the notification they receive gets their attention. It should be understandable to the seller due to the lack of communication. I would not hesitate at this point. It's your money we're talking about.
