Anyone run the repro shroud #2785614

My repop one sagged into the fan the very first time I drove it and the fan destroyed the top of it. I am considering buying another one and having it laser scanned and then 3D printed from better material.

Anyone run the repro shroud #2785614

The fan seems to be too far in the shroud. I believe the blades are supposed to only be halfway in.

    Pusher Fan Clearance

Is anybody running a pusher fan on their 1967-1969 Dart? I am trying to figure out how much room there is between the grille and the front of the radiator. I would like to run a SPAL 16" Pusher. They have three different thickness, their thickest one pushes the most air. Can someone measure...

    A body maximum height radiator???

How much are you paying for it? It might be more cost effective to buy an aluminum or copper/ brass unit that will drop right in than to mod a B body radiator to fit.

    Dual fans What size alternator?

You will need to find out what the maximum draw of your fans is and whether or not they will both be running at idle. Alternator output at idle is a more critical value than maximum output of the alternator overall. You will need to make sure you alternator can support your amperage draw...

"Ok, maybe it's circulating too fast without the T-stat and doesn't have a chance to cool down. Put a new (tested in a pan on the stove) T-Stat in, functioning, still overheats." Untrue but often repeated because people experience overheating after removal. Read all of these...
