My repop one sagged into the fan the very first time I drove it and the fan destroyed the top of it. I am considering buying another one and having it laser scanned and then 3D printed from better material.

The fan seems to be too far in the shroud. I believe the blades are supposed to only be halfway in.

There are dozens (possibly hundreds) of big block radiator threads. Search is your friend. Many people run a Champion. Some run a 22" others widen the mount and use a 26".

How much are you paying for it? It might be more cost effective to buy an aluminum or copper/ brass unit that will drop right in than to mod a B body radiator to fit.

You need to measure the distance between your water pump pulley and the core of your radiator. Then you will need to find an electric fan w/shroud that will fit in that space. Use the search function and you will find lots of good information.
