I did the same but with a 73 duster and 74 Valiant harness same problem no juice to the ignition the black wire at the bottom ground it then it should have juice. the other I thought they were the backup lights and go to the tranny maybe thats why they dont work lol going to look at that now...

Got it!! changed the bulb cleand the grounds Thanks to all. Now onto horn doesnt work no breaklights. Ill explain a little I did a complete Resto on this car 3 and a half years now trying to work out the bugs before spring.

THe left signal doesnt blink when the headlights are turned on.does when you turn them off but dimmer then the right thanks in advance
