I have a leak under the passenger dash so I may remove the bench seat and check that out too. The car is finally on the road after 5 years though so I need to be sure I don’t get too carried away and start ripping our carpet or anything.

This is awesome! So it’s easier to disconnect the speedo and other accessories from “the top” with the cluster tilted out than it is to go from under the dash?

Any one have any tips for getting the gauge cluster out? I need to replace the IVR with a solid state unit. I’m not real big on electrical or interior work so any tips are greatly appreciated.

I'm about to buy a three gauge cluster for temp, oil pressure, and volts and was curious what everyone prefers for water temp and oil pressure.

There is a little box you can buy at best buy. It lined up perfect with two holes on the bottom of the dash right under the ash tray if I remember correctly. It worked great for me until I took it out and now my dad uses it in his car.
