If you are sure nothing else is worn out you could try to losen the nut on top of the box and titen the ajuster (screw dirver slot)trun it down tel you fell it get snug and back off 1/4 turn.then hold the screw whil titening the nut.this should help.mybe sumone can put up a picture of what im...

this is how I do mine with square 2x3 tubing and no small tubes............Artie
