i couldnt find an affordable 3.5" X so built one for my dart.

i cant really get a pic but i used the summit 3" X on my duster. it fits good. the car i put it on is kind of low so i did some things to tuck it up closer to the floor. i have made my own X on a few cars but its hard to beat the summit price.

find a place that coats headers and see what they want to polish them. they use a big tub with tiny balls that look like ceramic. might be cheap enough and will get places your fingers or tools wont want too.

true but the dana or 4 link is not too likely to scrape anything, but those mufflers could be dragging on aprons and speed bumps. if really depends how you have the car setup. if you have it sitting up pretty high you can get away with it.

the pipes are tucked up nice but look how low the mufflers are, they look at least 6" lower than if they were under the seat where they fit best.

go on the flowmaster site and see if you can find some cutaway views, you will see why they need to be run in the correct direction.

best place to fit mufflers is in the stock location on these cars you can place them up nice and tight under the rear seat anywhere else and the bottoms of the mufflers can be 5-6" lower than your floor. if you really want it out the side i think the best way is the aar style mufflers. dynomax...

get the longest turbo muffler you can. if you are on a budget a thrush turbo will work. ive used them before. dont seem to be built as good as the dynomax super turbo.
