3" exhaust sys kit from Summit

I have not used that kit, but I used the 3" Mandrel bent Summit kit for my old Dodge 1500 and it sounded awesome and went together easily. What I like about that kit is you are able to use whatever muffler you want and it is not a bad price either.

    hedman "tight tube" hedders?

That is pretty much what I plan to do. My car will probably see the drag strip maybe once a year to three years. So the ease of this installation is ideal for me.

    Flowmaster Mopar Exhaust

Haha. LMAO. I know this all to well driving around in my Dakota with a Flowmaster 40.

    dual exhaust slant 6

Honestly, I would not have two pipes, they are a PITA, cost twice as much, and give you no benefit besides sounds and look on a leaning tower of power. If it were me, I would just go with a single in dual out muffler. That will give the sound and look you are looking for and take away the...

    hedman "tight tube" hedders?

I thought that I read somewhere that you need to use TTI's when running Eddy heads

    hedman "tight tube" hedders?

Looks sweet. I like how you ran the pipes off the headers and keeping above the steering linkage.

    chrome or stainless tips

Definitely Stainless. I had chrome tips on my Dakota (I do drive in the winter) when I bought it. 2 years later, they were rusted off and I washed it often..

Ideas how to convert this flange to a single 3" Pipe

put a string around it to get the circumference, and then make that length a circle, and measure the diameter, then you will have the approximate size pipe you need to start with.

    hedman "tight tube" hedders?

The Sanderson's are nice, but $345 for uncoated plain steel and $515 for coated are a little pricey... at least for me. The Hedmans are $295, and those are expensive enough.

    hedman "tight tube" hedders?

...and at a descent price, I too would like some stainless.

    hedman "tight tube" hedders?

That would be sweet, hopefully the price stays reasonable

    Duel Exhaust: Mini Tub

I had seen some remove the spare tire section and run the dual exhaust in the middle. I have also seen some run the exhaust between the frame and leaf and go out on the outside of the springs. Others dump the exhaust before the axle.

    Borla on a 318 car?

Thanks. That is exactly the way I bought it. Now the engine/trans is out, the rear is out and it is in the middle of a minitub and a 340 transplant. The front 3-4 feet of pipe off the manifold looks to be 1 7/8" pipes (real tiny) into a 2 1/4" the rest of the way back into Flowmasters and then...

    hedman "tight tube" hedders?

I was hesitant about getting them and running them under the steering, but that looks awesome. I am going to do mine like that. Thanks for the pics
