1968 Barracuda, rear is 56 1/2" wide rear, wheel lip trimmed 1/4" each side converted to 4 wheel disc 5x4.5" 15x8 rears with 3.75" backspacing. 275/60/15 15x7 fronts with 4.25" backspacing. 205/65/15 They are "Vision Legend 5" wheels.

1968 Barracuda, rear tires are 275/60/15's with 15x8" wheels, 3.75" backspacing. The rear end is narrowed to 56 1/2", rear moved back 3/8", OEM 340 HD leafs. This is the widest I could get without having to modify the factory quarter lip.

Nice set up. If you have yours set up at the same angles as in the link, that is your problem with movement side to side. I would definitely put a panhard bar in and your handling would vastly improve. You could make the upper links a wider angle, but recommend the panhard bar.

Here is my 70 Dart. The rear is narrowed to 56 1/2" from WMS to WMS. The rear is moved back 1.25". The wheels are Ridler 695's 18x8" in the rear with 4.5" BS 255/45/18 (27" tall) 17x7" in the front with 4" BS 25.6" tall tire in the front (plan on going with a shorter tire)

I would mock up the dimension of the wheel with some wood, or beg, borrow, steal a measurement tool because a 9" wide wheel in a factory tub on the Valiants and Darts is a real tight squeeze and would not want to leave that one up to another persons experience with their car. If your car is a...

Those are 17x7" wheels. You will still have to do something with the center hubs of the rotors or the wheels.

Do you have a picture? Most know by which ones they are.

Do you have their dimensions? Aren't Pony wheels 4 lug?

So, on a 70 Dart, it looks like I should be able to run an 18"x8" wheel with a 255/45/18's in the back without moving anything. I already have Hotchkis springs and a HemiDenny K-Frame for the suspension. I really did not want to MiniTub of even spring offset kit it, so this may work.
