I wouldnt say a 3.90 gear is too much for the street. It all depends on your combo,tire height and what your understanding of a street car is...Is it a daily driver?? A street/strip car?? I have a nice SB,28" tall tire and 4.56's and it is fine on the street for ME. Maybe not for everyone...

1 5/8 or 1 5/8 into 1 3/4?? If he went to a 3" exhaust,that would give him more power and that set you back into the seat feeling..

In my opinion,you dont NEED a cam change for what your looking for.

If your looking to make it "Set you back in your seat", the 3:55's are not the gear to do that. With a 28" tall tire and a street car I would put in 4:10's. Glad you ordered the 750 because that will help ALOT!!!! What do you have for headers and exhaust??

The question I have is..."Why do you want new heads"?? Is it because you just want new heads or are you wanting to make more power out of your combo?? What are you looking to do with your car/motor??

Yes worth upgrading to those or the RHS heads that Brian from IMM Engines sells. The RHS that Brian sells will support 550hp and I think flow around .280@600?? Maybe Brian will chime in.

Im not posative but I believe the Fel-Pro 1008 is what your looking for. Usually Mancini has them in stock. That what I use.

I have a Ultradyne roller cam. Lift is .556 with 1.5 rockers. When switching to 1.6 rockers,everyone told me it would give me .593 but after measuring everything it actually had .577 lift. So I only gained around .020

I do believe that if my carb was working better it would have went 11.7-11.6!!!! And thats thru the exhaust.
