Buying/trading for the same prostars which I use for street and track....THANKS!!!!

Heres the question.....8" and 10" rims,both have 4.5 bs. Wont they both fit the same way toward the springs?? 4.5" is 4.5",right??

Hey Plumcrazy....You have any pics??? My SS springs are in the stock location,not moved in at all.

I already have the 8" rim and 275/60 Hoosier dr's.

Right now I have 15x8 prostars with 4.5 bs. I have to use 3/8-7/16 spacers. I want to go to a 15x10 rim. Do I get a 4.5 bs and use the wheel spacers or should I get a 4" bs and will that work better?? THANKS!!!

If your looking for a good street and track tire that hooks on the track AND the street??? The Hoosier Quicktime Pro's are by far THE BEST hooking street tire out there!!!! I use a 15x8 rim with 28x11.5 QTP's on my 72 duster. I am thinking of trying the Hoosier Drag Radial though...Good luck!!

What I would do/try is this.....Buy a cheap pair of alum Centerline/Craiger type rims,Have them sandblasted and either paint them black or body color. That way you have a light wheel and still look sleeper. Just my .02

Hey Mike...I think you will see better results with newer slicks for sure but to go from 4.57's to 5.13's??? WAAAYYYYY too much gear UNLESS your running 1/8th mile?? If its 1/4 mile,I wouldnt change the gear at all. Just my .02

Are you looking for just a strip tire or a street tire. Hoosier QTP's HOOK on the street!!!!! The M/T E.T. Streets really dont hook on the street. Pettybludart....Are those Hoosiers slicks or the radials??

I did the same thing to the front my 1/4's but didnt think I could run a 30" tire!!! So my thinking of getting a 29" tire should be no problem. Im assuming your springs are moved in??

i think its a good price but you really dont need to POWDERCOAT them and that will save you some money. \\:D/
