wow! i'm glad the thread is starting to clean up a bit but Damn! the beginning of this thread was ridiculous. Glad to see your car is finally getting some decent respect, looks like you put some time into it.

it was pretty close at times, we decided to use tie down straps and tie the frame to the lift before we pulled the engine though so it was pretty secure on there when we were banging around.

more pics i forgot to add, my headers cleared EVERYTHING! haha all you guys who put them in the hard way. it was a breeze, the only problem is they are pretty close to the starter so i will have to heat wrap that.

Picked up my parts car today and found out i'm killing a legend. Originally a 360 4 speed 245 hp 4 barrel, yellow Blaze 1974 dart sport. now just a pile of parts to pick through. grabbing the rear end and disc brakes parting out the rest. i'll get some pics up soon.

good news!!! the engine is in the machine shop and about to be disassembled!! he will get back to me on prices after everything checks out (oh goody) Also stopped and made an offer on my parts car and will pick it up next week and start disassembling that. Things are lookin up for the duster...

got bored tonight and decided to do some mock up engine work. it took some patience to get the 2 barrel intake off but i finally talked it into giving up. i'll get the gaskets on and torqued later...perhaps tomorrow night
