I've read in Mopar action that using the longer C body pitman will give you the feeling of a quicker ratio power steering box. Is there more to this swap (like the idler or center link) to work on an A body? Thanks, Chris

Are you using the 7 1/4 leaf springs in their exact location? Below is a Duster with a B body 8 3/4 under it(thanks Robzilla). The wheel is pretty much centered in the wheel well.

They fit under an A body with the perched being out a 1/2" on each side. No shortening is required but a rim with a healthy backspace makes things look like it belongs there. IMO a B body diff fills the wheelwells up nicely on a Duster/Dart Sport/Demon. I think there are clearance issues on the...

I am thinking about doing a "reverse" 1/2" offset shackle and front leaf spring mount for my B body 8 3/4.

Has anybody, or can you use the offset shackles and still run the N41 dual exhaust pipes on a Duster? Thanks

Thanks Jim, but didn't the T/A challenger and some Diplomats?(cop car) have a faster ratio than the 16:1? I'm not doubting you and I am just going by what I have read in some mopar rags.

Hello, Can anybody tell me the number on the tag of a quick ratio power steering gearbox? Or is there somewhere I can find out what i.d. tag #'s represent what ratios? Thanks.

I used the uscartool sub frame connectors,but I added 3/16 plate anywhere there was a space so they are completely boxed to the floorboards, I also butchered up some home made torque boxes.......
