I bought a rebuilt Cardone , it was worse than the 200000 mile box I took out. Ended up with a Firm Feel. Its great. Google rebuilt cardone steering box, wish I would have before I bought one.

I sold a 73 V8 k member with disc brakes, power steering box and all suspension for $450. Saw another one on craigslist a while back for the same price. Maybe this will help.

I shipped just the spindles in a USPS large flat rate box across the Country, $13 or $14 it seems. Flat rate box is money saver for small heavy items.

Then what makes the 73 - 76 disc and drum a arms different

I thought just the 73-76 Disk were large ball joint.....Learn some thing new every day.

I bought a parts car that I was going to drive home. Had a few problems and decided to trailer it . Turned sharp to line it up and the malual box stuck. Never did get it unstuck. Glad I didnt try to drive it home. Be careful....

Do they keep stock height. Need stiffer springs but dont want to raise the rear. Thanks

If it has spool moter mounts it is newer, 73 to 76

Look on the ends 890 / 891 are 318 bars, 892 / 893 are 340 bars. I have found 340 bars in 318/ air cars as stated above.

I had A parts car that had them welded in. First time I had seen this , But other people say this is the fix. They seem to have held up good.
