I found a medical grade ultrasonic cleaner for "Parts Only" on Ebay for $100. It was just missing the knob. One $5 standard D-shaft knob replacement later and I have a like-new cleaner that goes for around $800 used, or $1200 new. Have run many a parts through it since.

Hi Dave, Pinesol and Simple Green work well but make aluminum dark and splotchy in my experience. An ultrasonic cleaner with clean water works really good. They are a fraction of the price of what they used to be.

HF Leak Down Tester was on the Junk side. Could only measure using 15 PSI and the cylinder side gauge was just a "good/bad" type instead of an accurate gauge. Returned it and got the OTC for $10 more.
