That is a '63-'67 air cleaner for 170 and 225 engines with the Carter BBS, Holley 1920, or Stromberg WA3 carburetor. It will not quite clear the hood of a '60-'62 Valiant/Lancer with a 225 engine (fine with a 170); other than that it fits all A-bodies.

In the US, that is a 1969-only air cleaner (note small hose nipple in baseplate at about the 12:30 clock position in your lower photo; that's for this). In Canada, the linked anti-ice system was available starting in '60, but what you've got is a '68-'69 air cleaner ('68 being the first year...
